Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. The free tools work without an account. Chats in the credit card tool’s Ask tab require sign-in and are deleted after 90 days.
Do you connect to my bank account?
We never ask for your bank login. Enter transactions manually or import a bank statement file (CSV). Optional bank-alert imports are available where enabled.
When will I pay for Plus?
Plus is free during Beta. After Beta, it will cost ₹199 per month. We will explain the payment terms before you subscribe.
Is this financial advice?
No. myFinGrid provides calculations and general information for planning and education. Results are estimates. For personal investment advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
How are credit cards compared?
Cards with checked, current terms are compared using your spending, estimated rewards and fees. Partner links are labelled “Ad”; payments from partners do not change rankings. Beta results should be checked against the bank’s current terms.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion from Settings. Read our Privacy Policy for details about data use and retention.
